Very well located. Clean. Safe. Quiet. Close to restaurants and Metro Stations. Nothing fancy but perfect for a short stay.

The property was very close to almost all important/most seeing places in Madrid. Walking distance to the main Granvia, the metro station was really close. Tons of bars, stores and pharmacy around. Everything you need is walking distance and felt very safe even at night.
The room was kind of small BUT, for solo travelers is perfect. They have more rooms probably bigger but, for the room I rented, it worth it. Just enough for what I needed

It is close to the plaza, lots of shops around and easily accessible via Metro
It would be nice if there’s an easier access to the front doors. The code they gave us didn’t seem to work. Other customers had the same problem too.

Location is great.
Very uncomfortable bed, only one small pillow. size of the room minuscule.
