Showers, bathrooms and kitchen generally very clean, again. Common areas still are plentiful. Some recurring trends with the guests not being good and/or uncivil to other guests, others were ok. They did needed repair within 36-48 hours. They really need to cool it down.

Again, there had started to be some damage to the property, and an item of clothing went missing from the space, while I was there. Overall, still a cool space.

The hostel is beautiful and centrally located. It has a large shared kitchen equipped with all the basic essentials you need. There is also a dedicated study area if you want to work or study, with a nice and stylish design. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere and is a comfortable place to stay.

The biggest downside for me was the sleeping room. There was no secure place to store my belongings or lock my luggage, so I had to leave my bags in front of my bed, which made me feel uncomfortable. Another issue was the communication with the staff member in charge. I contacted her on WhatsApp and asked if it would be possible to leave at 11:30 AM. She told me that I had to vacate the room by 11:00 AM so the cleaning staff could come in. I explained that I would arrive at 11:30 AM just to collect my belongings and make sure nothing was left behind. I understand that hostels and hotels have check-out times and cleaning schedules, and I always try to respect their rules. I made an effort to be there around 11:00 AM to avoid any further inconvenience. However, what disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. After I agreed to be there at 11:00 AM to avoid any problems, the response I received was quite cold, with no apology or understanding. I believe good communication and a little flexibility can make a big difference in the guest experience.
