Showers, bathrooms and kitchen generally very clean, again. Common areas still are plentiful. Some recurring trends with the guests not being good and/or uncivil to other guests, others were ok. They did needed repair within 36-48 hours. They really need to cool it down.
Again, there had started to be some damage to the property, and an item of clothing went missing from the space, while I was there. Overall, still a cool space.

Great location very close to the center. I didn’t need to use metro at all
The street is very busy all day long. But even when it was busy the place was very quiet

The location was great and very close to the city center, which made it easy to move around and explore Madrid. The common areas were also nice for socializing.
The rooms were quite small and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was not very clean and we also noticed some small insects. In general, the maintenance and hygiene of the property didn’t feel well taken care of.
