    Literally at the heart of Madrid. It's close to all spots to visit and the staff are all nice and friendly. TOC is also not rowdy and is quiet despite being packed and at Centro. I had great rest! When I had to leave early and couldn't make it to breakfast timings, Fernando had the kitchen packed a picnic breakfast for me. Will definitely book TOC again when I come back 💜
