Excellent location right in the center of Madrid, and the staff were great. Our room was clean and had a balcony. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important given how hot it already was outside
The soundproofing is definitely not the best. There are roadworks taking place outside, which can create some noise. It didn’t bother us, but for light sleepers this could be a real downside. Another minor issue was that the shower door wouldn’t close properly, so we had to be careful to prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor

Hostel-hotel in the center of the city. Charming receptionist who was helpful about my late arrival. Interesting building - the hotel is on the second floor in a converted appartment
No window in the room but it didn't bother me. Noisy plumbing but that didn't bother me either

Location was perfect for all the attractions, areas and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was walking distance to the Express bus to the airport as well. We didn't need to take the Metro once as we walked everywhere. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
It would have been nice to have a tiny fridge available in the room to keep some leftovers, yogurt or a sandwich as it's quite costly and inconvenient to go our for every meal.

Locations is excellent. Just in the middle of downtown if you want to move around. Many places to east and visit
These are 10 apartments in one floor with many other apartments and airbnbs … don’t expect a nice entrance
The surrounding area not nice, a lot of people sleeping in the floor, bad smells. The room doesn’t have view, just a window to inside old buildings.
