Location is great - right in the centre of Madrid, open the door and there are many bars and restaurants. Sol Metro Station which is one of the mains hubs is short walk away

No English Language TV channels - but is's a small point

Perfect location, amazing and welcoming staff and the rooms were clean and neat. Overall amazing.

We could hear the other guests through the walls, but that didn’t bother us much. Other than that, a perfect stay

The location is great! Near everything you want and even if there is noise outside the rooms are in the 4th floor and you’ll not hear a thing from the outside noise. The room was small but clean and the mattress pretty good.

It’s a hostel so do not expect much from services but what we experienced. Also I need to mention the noise from the rooms in the floor. There is no isolation at all so you literally can hear everything, even when people are talking normally, leave alone when they are drunk. We had a very bad experience on our first night when people next to us were arguing and knocking at all doors at midnight. They were screaming and heating the walls. I contacted the emergency number and even send a text through booking on which they never responded.
