This was my very first experience staying in a hostel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The location is convenient, approximately a 15-minute walk from the central area where many restaurants are located. I always felt safe walking around the neighborhood. I would especially like to highlight Emiliano, the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. He was always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a real difference to my experience. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable my first hostel experience was. I have no significant complaints and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. I would happily stay here again!

I honestly have no significant complaints about my stay. The only minor observation is that the housekeeping staff would occasionally have conversations that could be heard from the rooms, creating a little noise at times. However, this was never particularly disruptive and did not affect my comfort or overall experience. It is simply a small detail that could be improved. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Location was in an area that was close to many attractions. The accommodations were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was stylish and had everything we needed.

We are not used to the hostel system and how to access the business for checking in. But we worked it out.
