The room was cozy, the location was convenient, and the staff were all very friendly.
The rooms were very hot and the fan was not enough at night. Also, there were a lot of cockroaches in the shower and the hallway.

Staff are very nice people very helpful give solutions & good advices . Who ever is coming from airport take bus 203 (5 €) it will drop you in Calle de cibeles its 15 min walking far from TOC hotel

The location is perfect, my room with balcony for one person was nice.
I didn't like bathroom for sharing. For me it was not clean enough.
