The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. The hostal is in a very central location and easy to walk to different popular sites, such as the Plaza Mayor. It was very useful having a supermarket downstairs as well.
There was noise from the Mercado just outside during the night, which meant closing the balcony door, and although there was a fan in the room, it was very hot and stuffy (due to the heat of summer). However, the noise is not of course the fault of the hostal.

The room was cozy, the location was convenient, and the staff were all very friendly.
The rooms were very hot and the fan was not enough at night. Also, there were a lot of cockroaches in the shower and the hallway.

The location is perfect, my room with balcony for one person was nice.
I didn't like bathroom for sharing. For me it was not clean enough.
