Location & Transport
The location is super convenient—all the main attractions are within walking distance! There are several subway stations nearby, but heads up: Line 1 doesn't have an elevator. If you’re carrying heavy luggage, I’d definitely recommend taking Line 2 instead.
Service
The staff here are lovely! They’re very polite and always happy to help out with anything you need.
The Room
The room size is just right, and there’s an elevator in the building (huge plus!). The bed is really comfortable, and I loved the little balcony—it’s such a chill spot to relax. They also have a washer and dryer available, which is super handy.
Bathroom & Shower
They provide a hairdryer, which is a big win! Just a note on the shower: it’s a rainfall showerhead with a push-button timer, so you have to keep pressing it to keep the water going. That said, the water is nice and hot with great pressure, so it feels amazing!
The Neighborhood
The area has everything you need. There’s a Five Guys right next door and a convenience store just across the street. Great vibes and very functional!

靠近多個地鐵站，但是1號線的地鐵站是沒有電梯的，所以如果有大行李，建議走2號線來
服務：服務人員都很有禮貌，而且很願意提供協助！
住宿：房間很適量的大小，有電梯！床很好睡，有對外的小陽台，很愜意，還有洗衣機、烘乾機，可提供使用。
衛浴：有吹風機，這個對亞洲人很友善！只有頭頂花灑，並且是按壓的開關，洗澡需要重新一直按壓，熱水很熱，水壓剛好，超棒！
附近：旁邊是有名的速食店five guys，對面有便利商店，整體機能很好！

yes!the location of the hostel is nice ,close to the market and the palace of Madrid.I like here also for its activites and kicten.

Place location is great, however the room was in the basement floor, no natural ventilation was provided and if you open the window there are mosquitoes. The reception area are not having so much comfortable sitting spaces mostly for high tables. Don’t expect so much amenities in the kitchen only the basic.
