Everything was great, the place is really nice and confortable, clean. The location is good very closed to the museums and in a very calm street. We stayed two nights so it was perfect.
You can hear the trash truck very loud at night.

The location is great. Within walking distance of the major Madrid attractions. We arrived early, and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage. Valentina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond with all our request. The apartment itself is basic, but it has everything you need to spend a few days in the center of Madrid.
The check in location was different from the actual apartment location. Would not be a big deal, however, with 5 pieces of luggage and a dog between two of us even 5 minutes walk was a challenge.
