The property is very clean, spacious and smell good! The location and access to the property is right in the city center with access to subway and walkable restaurants and coffee cafe. I also received excellent costumer services from one of the staff named Patrick. When I had issues with AC and WiFi, he swiftly assured me and ensured it was fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying beee again next time in Madrid.

Il fatto che appena sono arrivato mi sono trovato con 4 pattuglie di polizia dentro la Reception e in più ho dovuto aspettare un ora al per poter prendere le mia valigie al l’ultimo giorno a costo di farmi perdere il volo di ritorno alla reception non c’era nessuno
