Beautiful decor throughout, the location was great for us, 20 min walk from Gran Via, shops and restaurants however chill quiet after being in the busy hub of the city! Our hotel room was clean and a perfect size for our stay! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. It was also perfect to have accessible free water, this was very helpful as it was around 37C during our trip.

We did find the room pretty dark, we weren’t sure if this was just where the location of the room, and there wasn’t much natural daylight in the morning when we were getting ready for the day.

Quite location that has easy access to the Metro

The room was so nice, the balcony window was beautiful and the bathroom was completely separate From the sleeping area and had a large shower, soak tub and was just very nicely designed. The location was great, quiet but 10 minute walk to more lovely areas and 2 minute walks to lots of food options. The metro was less than 5 minutes walk away as well. The hotel has great amenities as well, water in the room, steamer, hairdryer, conditioner and lotions as well as toiletries you might need while traveling. Cold fruit infused water was available daily and little snacks as well. I can't say enough good things, loved this property and the staff that keep things in order!

We liked the location - There were plenty of good cafe and restaurant options nearby, and a it was a short walk away from Retiro park - where we wanted to be.

It smelled like an animal had died in the AC air vents and they were masking it with air fresheners - It is extremely off putting when you walk in to the reception. The room was ok but occasionally smelled too
