Tutto perfetto … posizione ottima per girare Madrid sia in metro che a piedi..vicino casa c’e di tutto. Arredamento nuovo e e completo di tutto.. noi eravamo in 4 , 2 bambini e 2 adulti.

Esta muy bien situado y se nota que está reformado, es tal cual lo que enseñan en las fotos. Hay de todo y no falta nada, han cuidado cada detalle y se han preocupado para que estemos lo mejor posible. Además lo encontramos muy limpio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el código de la entrada y enseguida nos lo solucionaron por llamada (y a las 12 de la noche) personal muy atento.

LOVE: Location! We never used public transportation. Good amount of shower space and great water pressure! Very large bath towels, too. Looks like things were pretty new.

TO CONSIDER: (excuse the length-there were NO reviews when we booked this property, so want to cover more stuff than usual for others to consider) -We’re a family of 4. -right before checkin, we inquired about checkin process (self checkin). That’s when we were informed checkin was after 3, which would be fine, but their booking.com page showed 12-3. They insisted they didn’t advertise that (even though it was right on website). We had to scramble to re-arrange our plans. Bit frustrating they didn’t take some responsibility for their info. -says they have 24/7 front desk- bit misleading, as this is NOT onsite, rather by phone. Plus, at checkin we got wrong code, had to call two different numbers to get help! (Booking.com # differed from whatsapp #) -there are several (unexpected) areas where u might hit your head due to structural/design choices, so tread carefully! -loft space is tight-kids would love it, but suspended stairs might be safety concern for some -sofa bed has a bit of a “hang-over,” so be careful rolling out -the only windows in main space are two large ceiling ones, with auto shade and window openers. Hard to describe, but you can’t have open window and use shade half-way because windows open at angle and shade gets in the way. Just be cautious when operating the openers! -Bummer not to have wall windows to look out. We love fresh air/open windows, esp at night, but since windows can’t be open with shade, morning light may interfere with sleep -it was in the high 80/90s all week. We were on 3rd floor (US 4th). While there is an A/C, it is situated toward the loft, top of stairs. So, larger main space only gets hit while oscillators make their way. Plus, it’s situated by the stairs, so the balance to rest of space is frustrating. Folks in the loft are freezing in order for folks downstairs to be more comfortable. -there is a washer, but no drying rack-asked about this and never got answer/help.
