Great location, clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and if they weren’t sure they would ask a colleague.
The size of the pool! Kids were jumping in without any respect for other users, the parent didn’t seem bothered either! Potential for a lifeguard to point out the rules !

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, food good.
Difficult with suitcases up the steps to the lift, security guard helped, but not ideal.
Pool much smaller than I thought.

The location is great
There was no proper control/security at the main entrance, there’s a person sat there but doesn’t ask to see your proof of room keys or if you’re just guests wanting to explore the hotel , because of the name CR7, many many people come into the hotel which is fine, but there’s people wandering around everywhere. It’s really badly organised. I think a lot of people are expecting lots of Cristiano memorabilia, and there’s very little. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff disorganised and uninterested.
