    I spent only 1 night in Vincci Centrum thankfully. My room was super dark, window was directly to another wall. My bed request was not fulfilled. To get a same sized room but with some view and with the bed i requested for 55 euros more instead of just changing my room - as the room was vacant and it was already late at night so very low chance anyone is booking. The Chromecast on tv (to watch netflix) was not working either - apparently in whole hotel. The rooms were small but beautifully decorated, bathroom was nice and big. Next day I checked into Vincci The Mint and got upgraded as a surprise. Room was big and tv was working. Overall better experience from the start.
