The location for this hotel is excellent - you are in the center of everything, and there is a lot of great shopping, restaurants, and popular sites all within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and our rooms were always kept very clean. Our room had a wonderful view of the Gran Via, as well.
The only detractors to the stay was that I found the bed to be too hard and that you can hear the noise from the Gran Via late into the night. I think if the hotel could invest in some additional sound-proofing and possibly softer mattresses or mattress toppers, it would be perfect. That said, I would still stay here again.

I liked alot the location , just outside Gran via with hundreds of shops and close to landmarks
Sometimes you could hear the noise from the busy streets and the crowds .Also the lighting in the room needs some improvement

Location was great
I found the rooms old, uncomfortable beds, very loud , no complimentary body lotion or shampoo.. very cheap.. no class.. and I paid a lot
