    Everything was good, but there were some issues like I got the bed without any curtains and the light with plug wasn’t working at all

    The woman below me in the bunk bed threw out a sock of mine that must have fallen on the floor. She made a bunch of noise and then left her garbage I think on the curb. She was blond with sandals and a Zara bag and a hikers backpack. I appreciate the friendly staff today but check in day the staff put me in a room with nowhere to charge anything and beds that are a hazard and too small for an adult. The bathroom on the 8th floor needs to have curtains because the people on the patio can easily see people using the restroom. The mirror should be mounted higher and the bathroom should have a curtain or shutters that open and close. I felt discriminated against here.

    The only complaint about Agoda is that they sell and charge for accommodation with free breakfast, while the property does not offer breakfast at all. We paid for a stay with breakfast included, but we did not receive any breakfast. They told us it was possible to have breakfast in a neighboring property for an additional €5.

    Location and staff are excellent. Heating system was good. Room needed couple of shelves or wardrobe or even a bar to hang your things. Bathroom could have also a shelf near the sink and towel hanger near the shower. TV in the common areas would have been nice. Washing machines and dryers are for additional charges (4.5 & 5 euros) while it's a lot cheaper outside. The luggage storage is also for additional fees (8euros per day per locker) so don't expect it to be for free.
