    Very good location and staff are very friendly and informative! I wish I knew the name of the man that did the check in (we arrived late at 12 am from the airport). He was very nice! I highly recommend this hotel. You can’t beat the location, it’s close to everything, metro, and walking distance to major historic sites, plus the staff are very friendly! You get the value of your money well.

    We had a terrible experience. The room we were given wasn't the one assigned, the air conditioning didn't work, the breakfast was very poor and of low quality. In short, I will never book there again.

    Great location, most sites are walkable or a short metro trip. Older hotel but well maintained, great for a quick visit.

    In Spain I usually use hotels with individual split ac units in each room. That way the guest decides if it's needed or not. This hotel is not cheap and I wrongly assumed that I could control the ac. We stayed 10 days in mid May, the ac was only available on the last day, when temps reached over 80°. The other 9 days I had to open the window which adds noise, lack of privacy, etc. Unacceptable at a supposedly special ***/night rate (prepaid and unrefundable).
