Very good location.
The property was very clean and worked fine for a short stay. However, the rooms and bathrooms are quite small, which may be uncomfortable for longer visits. The elevator is also very small, and the floor layout feels a bit tight and dated.
Overall, it was acceptable for one night, but I would only recommend it if you are looking for a quick, simple stay rather than extra comfort or space.

Absolutely loved our stay in Woohoo Suites! Location was fantastic, so close to Gran Via and Callao metro stations, and easily walkable to everything we needed. Great bars, cafes and a supermarket all within a couple of minutes' walk. Our room was immaculate, so comfortable and fresh, and the air con was a great bonus in the 50 degree Celsius heatwave! Bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up! Plenty of space in the room, including storage areas for our luggage and a great shower. Free tote bag gift in our room was fantastic, as was the free tea/coffee and water bottles in the communal area. Outside noise was minimal and didn't impact us at all, which was amazing considering the central location. A huge thank you to Jennifer on Reception who kept in touch with us throughout our stay and was so helpful, friendly and kind. Her service and care really stood out and made the experience even better for us.
