The apartment was large (2BR) and well equipped. Comfortable and cleaned daily. Great location right in the center of Gran Via.
Only 1 elevator worked and with the rooftop bar the elevator was busy so wait times were quite long. Priority for hotel guests of course.

Location was perfect.
The only negative was one of the 2 elevators was out of service for the duration of my stay, so it took longer to and from the room

location is amazing
the lift was a nightmare, we were on the 9th floor and the whole hotel + rooftop restaurant is served by one lift. a whole queue would literally gather at ground floor in the evenings due to the restaurant. sometimes took us 10/15 minutes waiting for the lift since we were on the 9th floor the one under the rooftop bar, we heard all the noise and conversations. the rooms didn’t really have any sound proofing so you hear everything sirens, street performers, etc from the room. also the AC was a problem, when it was around 3pm hottest in the day. the AC doesn’t keep up.
