The hotel staff were amazing. Every single member of them, kind, professional, and helpful. We had two issues in our room, and they took care of them immediately.
The location is perfect.
The room was nice and dark, we don't like daylight coming into the room in the morning.
The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We even used the washing machine, it was perfect.
There was some noise from the bar at night, but it was completely manageable and didn't bother us too much.

This is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed.
From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everyone and everything was perfect!!! I will only be staying here every time I come to Madrid from now on!

The location in the center of Madrid near to everything.
unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory.
Despite using earplugs, the ongoing outside noise has been quite disturbing and has significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. Additionally, the temperature in the apartment has been consistently uncomfortable. Although the thermostat indicates 19°C, it feels much warmer—closer to 23–24°C—which made it difficult to rest properly.
