Staff at reception was really good. When I arrived it was only 1 member of staff doing everything and in 10 minutes he managed to attend everyone (inlcuding helping guests with heavy lugagge to the upstairs area). Really good.
Internet in my room as attrocious, slow and my devices kept disconnnecting from the network. Walls are rather thin so you can hear others (depending how loud they are of course).

Location. Liked the stairwell. Room was quiet. Good shower. Comfortable firm bed. Warm. Staff were helpful.
It was very basic and functional- a bit grim really.
