Location exceeded our expectations
Must admit, it was quite noisy during a night time, you can hear street noise and neighbors behind the wall as well

Maybe the location. But if you are about to take a taxi or even uber in the morning, prepare yoirself to stare in the cold for at least 15 minutes.
The noise. Doors are not soundproof and you can hear everything. The person nextdoor was watching a series one night and I could hear it perfectly. Also there is an alarm light on in the ceiling every 10 second which is a bit annoying. You can also hear the people in gran via so I recommend earplugs.
