    They have the worst bathroom and worst bed. The bed was like a futon bed. The mattress was really mellow. The pillows were so thin like a paper. Stay somewhere else if you want to have a good sleep.

    The elevators are not working properly; they keep falling when we move between floors. When we told the reception, they didn't care. I do not recommend this hotel.

    The place is in need of a good renovation. It probably was very nice at some point in time but it’s just tired now. If you’re after an apartment in the centre of Madrid, it’s probably a good option but it is expensive for what you get. It hasn’t been well kept and has the feeling of a cheap apartment hotel except it’s not at all cheap in $$.The cleanliness could be better. The corridors to the rooms had not been updated in some time, needs a paint job. the furniture was tired. Having said that, the space is decent but that part of town is noisy with people, cars, sirens and a bit grotty. It is a central location though.
