Good hotel in the center, in the best part of the city, on Gran Via. Very comfortable. Clean room, although small, with everything you need. Good breakfast on a beautiful terrace! Unfortunately, they were doing renovations and we couldn't enjoy the view from the room.

Great hotel in an amazing location – simply wow. The staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast is tasty but quite minimal. Overall, a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent location.
Only one coffee capsule was provided for the entire stay, regardless of the number of nights. In addition, the view from the room was blocked by scaffolding, which made it difficult to open the window and limited natural light

Location, cleanliness of Carmen- Gran Vie ( indide the hostal)
Building is run down and very dirty. Paper cups snd little toilet paper. Breakfast was poor.
