Very clean and bedroom spacious kitchen. Is big and sitting area is also big and clean.staff very kind polite and helpful

Good hotel in the center, in the best part of the city, on Gran Via. Very comfortable. Clean room, although small, with everything you need. Good breakfast on a beautiful terrace! Unfortunately, they were doing renovations and we couldn't enjoy the view from the room.

Location, cleanliness of Carmen- Gran Vie ( indide the hostal)
Building is run down and very dirty. Paper cups snd little toilet paper. Breakfast was poor.
