The hostel is well located in the center of Madrid, is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and goodish value for money.
The building is pretty high so you need to either take the elevator to the 6th+ floor, with a max. limit of 4 people or the stairs.

The location was fantastic - in the heart of Madrid - the room was tiny for 3 people and the amenities were far and few. One coffee pod for 3 people for 2 days which seems a bit absurd - when asked for more, we were told we need to pay extra - why do we need to pay if we can get better coffee just outside the building?
Amenities were rationed and the wifi was terrible.
