Cleaning and staff and location
It wasn’t well isolated and a little bit too noisy. I heard the neighbours flushing the toilet all night !

Great location and good price
Bed was super uncomfortable and the building was noise - I could hear people washing upstairs and in corridor easily

The location is great, exactly by Gran Via for all the shopping needs.
Noises from other rooms and outside the door are heard a lot. I always leave this message for most of hotels: the bathroom needs a shelf near the sink to put toiletries on and preferably another long mirror in the room.

Room was decent size
but there was a lot of noise from the street, almost all night long.
Breakfast in nextdoor café with limited menu options for hotel guests.
