Location is excellent, close to most of major places, in the heart of shopping, food and night life. Hotel is excellent for the price. Employees are friendly and helpful. It is a good stay, rooms are clean, big and decent. At a noisy location but rooms were quiet. We stayed at the night that Spain won World Cup 2026, all city were extremely partying and noisy however our room was so quiet. Hotel has a good soundproof.

All went well / central location / room was fabulous / breakfast was acceptable even though employees were struggling with the workload. For sure more F&B Servers for Bfast need to be engaged.

Clean, great location
Rooms are tired and need updating. Staff is civil and does their job but not particularly friendly or helpful. Don't seem interested in providing customer service.
