Woohoo Rooms Boutique Gran Vía

Let’s start with the location which is very central. The personal very kind polite and very helpful. Very clean ,easy access to the building and with a very big elevator. Before my arrival , staff from Woohoo rooms contacted me and asking me when i arrive and if they can help me with any question or concerns about my travel in Madrid. The check in is at 14:00h and contacted them cuz I arrive early then the checking hour ,if they can help me somehow with the room and they assured me they’ll do their best. I arrived at 11:00hand my room was already prepared . Everything was perfect . I booked an junior suite with balcony and i can say the room was very big and clean. I recommend it and for sure i come back here.

It was clean, the location was walking distance to what we wanted to see, staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was spacious

It is on 2nd floor on a busy plaza so if you are sensitive to noise at night I recomend wearing earplugs. I didn’t mind it at all though my friend who is light sleeper said ince she wore earplugs she didn’t mind it as well

Very central location but although near Gran Via, the room was lovely and quiet

It needed better signage from the street as it wasn’t clear when we arrived which floor we should go to in the (only) lift to get to the room.

Its well located. Its clean and well equipped and staff is helpful

The photos that they advertise even when you choose the room type are deceptive because each photo shows a room with a balcony but in reality you don’t get a balcony which is written somewhere with a tiny tiny font. So be careful with choosing your room
