I was surprised I was able to find this hotel in such a great location, near all the theaters and stores. Yes it is busy but I didn't hear the noise from the main avenue. The front desk was nice, and it seems that it is a co-working experience. The showers were clean, and I didn't feel that I had to wait to use them.
Not a big complain, but I didn't know there was not a place to leave your luggage after check out or check in. However, near the hotel, there is a laundromat where you can also leave your luggage (I paid about 5 euros for 3 hours for a small bag and a small carry-on).

Perfect location, spacious room with Grand Via view

Location was excellent. Size of the room and view from the room were great.
Heater was not sufficient for the size of the room. No hot water for shower!

It was centrally located and cheaper than most other places. One good thing was that despite perhaps the busiest street in town just outside it was quiet inside.
The rooms are old and haven't been refreshed, it just felt shabby. For this cost I would have expected a private bathroom too, so overall the cost for what it was felt too high.
