pros: clean and spotless room, friendly staff, good area.
cons: as people mentioned you can hear voices from the neighbor, small room, simple breakfast, they don't answer the phone.

The property is in a great location, but the buildings elevator was not working. There is also not "front desk" at the ground floor you have to go to the 7th floor for that and the hotel carmen is in the 4th floor.
