    Una estancia maravillosa en el centro de Madrid: atención impecable y personal encantador Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Los Condes fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos. Hicieron absolutamente todo lo posible para acomodar nuestras necesidades y conseguir que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. La ubicación es fantástica, muy céntrica y perfecta para moverse por Madrid, con muchas opciones de restaurantes, tiendas y transporte cerca. A pesar de estar en una zona tan bien comunicada, pudimos descansar muy bien. El hotel es muy bonito y estaba todo muy limpio. La habitación era cómoda, acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La cama era muy confortable, y el detalle de tener café disponible tanto en la habitación como en la recepción nos pareció estupendo. Se nota el cuidado en los detalles y, sobre todo, la calidad humana del equipo, que realmente marca la diferencia. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable en Madrid. Volveríamos encantados!!

    The hotel is located in a cosy street very close to callao and gean via metro stations. So just a 2min walk and you are in the center of the best part of Madrid. Connectivity not an issue. But the room I got had a continuous stench from the bathroom so I was indeed not happy with that.
