The property was clean and quiet while being in a very interesting and vibrant location.

Location— At the center of the city and 2 minutes walk to the metro or bus stations. Quiet — The neighbors is silent, but maybe because during the weekday. The kitchen is enough kitchenware for cooking well.

Cold air if without a movable heater, which fortunately the check-in staff moved one from the other room to me.

Great flat with all the amenities one need. The location was excellent - just one block of the Grand Via, and walking distance from most places like the Royal Palace, shops, restaurants and more.

The mattrass was a bit worn. We fell to the middle. But not too bad. The rest was as expected.

Although very small, the bedroom was very clean. Shared bathrooms were also clean and well lit.

There was no manager at the property. Someone had to meet me there too gain access. It was more like an airbnb.Construction and remodeling was going in adjacent to Stairwell and apartments. Exterior door onto street (Calle Barco) had a keylock that was very difficult to manage. After coming back from dinner, I had difficulty getting into the building. Took 5 minutes of working with the key to finally gain entry.
