Adventure Hostel Madrid

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hostel and I have been to many of them. The employees were terrible and 2 of them had weird and criminal behaviors. Two of the employees high fived each other in front of the hostel after a woman stopped and text and I don’t know if those two employees were allowed to stay there as guests or it was guests that high fived each other that I saw in the kitchen (I believe the guests that could have high fived each other were Brazilian or it was the black male staff member and female (and not the white female that spoke English). Their behavior seemed to be malicious. I think the 3 were connected. They put me with a Chinese woman who I think took a picture of my suitcase or me inside the room. I heard the noise from her phone. The Chinese women had her things all over the place in the bathroom, on the floor, in the sink, and in the shower and her and Galician woman yelled at me for making a phone call at 7 pm and the next morning at 10 am which is almost check out time. These women could make all kinds of noise with their suitcases but no one else could make noise. These two women were bullies and verbally abusive. The female employee that spoke English was very rude. Their place was not secure and not safe. The washer smelled like mildew or mold.

It's a good hostel in a great area. Stayed here for 3 days was worth of every penny.
