Very good hotel, clean, and the men’s and women’s toilets are separate. They provide one towel for free, which is great. It’s close to the city centre. Amazing stay!

Good location, clean overall.
Not really recommended more than 1 night, but also if you don’t care about the noise and having to be super quiet then it is fine. Simply opening and closing the capsule doors is too loud. The button lights in the capsule are always on, so you will have blue light when you sleep (which personally bothered us). Most of the time it smelled like sewer in the rooms and bathrooms. We could hear our neighbor snoring and the bed above us creaking every time they move. Overall, if you want somewhere cheaper than hotels (not cheap enough) and a great location, then live the experience as we did. :p BTW the staff was very nice 🫶🏽

Going into this I thought that this “capsule hotel” would be similar to the ones in Japan however i was totally wrong. I’m usually not a fussy person but I do care that the places I stay at are at least decently clean. This place was absolutely filthy, especially the bathrooms, which are only cleaned half heartedly around checkout time (10-11 am) once a day, so after that, the bathrooms get disgusting to the point where I thought I was going to catch a disease. The sleeping area also always had a strong sewage smell masked by some kind of perfume it was nauseating. The pods were also so dusty I kept sneezing and getting a runny nose and migraine I thought I was going to get mold toxicity. During the night you could also hear every single thing, people talking, kissing even…and the plastic doors on the pods were so loud when opening that whenever someone had to leave they would wake everyone up. Overall this was such a disappointing experience, I tried to get a partial refund to move to another hotel but Agoda+the hotel refused so I had to endure this for 3 nights. I tried to go out and not come back until very late so I didn’t have to stay for too long. What a dreadful experience. Do not recommend this place for anyone to stay.

The lock of our capsule was out of function in the late night and no one could fix it, we just barely slept cos afraid of any security issues happening. The staff promised to fix it the next day at 3pm however the lock remained the same, and the day after it finally been fixed.
