The name of the hotel reflects the diminutive stature of the hotel, but that doesn't take away from its charm. Great location, friendly staff, very modern access system (key card and code), fast Wifi and very clean, and super competitive price. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, poor room assignment, and unfair treatment. Rating: 1 / 5 stars The Good: The air conditioning worked well, and the hotel has a great location. The Bad: We arrived at 12:40 PM with my daughter. The receptionist made us wait until 3:00 PM. No check-in time was listed anywhere on our booking or the websites. We watched other guests check in and get rooms during our wait. When I asked for a comfortable room, the receptionist gave us a dark, uncomfortable room that felt like a grave. Final Verdict: We paid €*** and received completely unprofessional service. I felt discriminated against. I am a frequent traveler, and this was my worst experience ever. I will never stay here again and strongly do not recommend it.
