La primera impresión y la llegada. No es Fuencarral 35, sino 32. Quien te da las llaves te escribe diciendo que tiene que ir al hostal a recibirte. Las escaleras del edificio necesitan una reforma urgente,

Buena ubicación, limpio y tranquilo. Uno de los anfitriones era muy simpático y amable.
Falta de información en la contratación, cobran suplementos por entrar más tarde de la hora de cheking, pero te enteras el día de antes de tu entrada, pagas 50€ en efectivo además de tener que ir a recoger la llave a otro lugar. Además el aire acondicionado es centralizado y solo funciona sobre las 20h por lo que durante el día hace una calor inaguantable. Algunos de los anfitriones fueron bordes por negarnos a pagar un suplemento que no se anunciaba en su perfil de Booking, lo pagamos bajo la amenaza de dejarnos en la calle a pesar de pagar porque no había cancelación. Además la habitación se anuncia con bañera de hidromasaje, pero es solo bañera, el hidromasaje no funciona. Las toallas solo pequeñas, de mano. Servicio básico a precio de hotel de buena puntuación.
