Very clean, great location, accommodating staff
If anything, it's really dark when it gets late but that's only because this is in the heart of the shopping district in gran via. Otherwise, happy with this hostel especially as I booked it super last minute after encountering issues with my airbnb

central location, easy access to many tourist attractions.
staff was helpful to assign washroom facilities as we early checked in. helped store our bags while we were out.
Access keys to room were not working properly. lot of noise from people staying at property, loud music. Room too tiny to move around. washroom shower holder was broken, curtain was small making shower water splash out.
