A fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid! CH Bueno boasts an unbeatable, central location right off Gran Via and directly on a lively shopping street, yet the rooms offer a surprisingly quiet and restful atmosphere away from the city noise.
The accommodation is surprisingly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the powerful air conditioning, which kept the room perfectly cool after a long day of exploring. Having a small fridge to keep drinks cold and a convenient table in the room was a great practical touch.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The owner and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine warmth made us feel right at home.
I highly recommend CH Bueno to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in central Madrid!

The location near the Gran Via, but quiet location, the excellent support, professionalism, friendly staff and how clean and tidy the place was.

Central location, very clean, with daily towel change and cleaning. Very friendly staff, communicates perfectly with tourists. The room was overlooking the street and there was no noise at all. The bed is very comfortable. We will come back as soon as we can, Thank you Jose
