Great location!
Room door doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked. Bathroom is very small and sliding door doesn’t provide much privacy.
No AC control in the bedroom.
Lots of noise from drunk people in the courtyard at night.

Great location, it is really near the Gran Via. The staff is also welcoming.
It is not that we dont like but we were scared on the day we arrived because it has a antique vibe and the hallway have a dark lighting.

Good localisation, lovely staff.
Private parking described in the offer doesn't exist - you have to get a few miles far away, and you have to pay the full fee for it. Theoretically, the hostel gives you a 50% discount, but it's not applicable when you leave the vehicle for longer than 11h - which is obvious. I don't like behaviours like that.
