Le Petit Palü-Fuencarral

Perfect location: all the main sights are within walking distance, and both Gran Vía and Tribunal stations are just a five-minute walk away. The area is full of wonderful cafés, shops, and has an excellent atmosphere. The room was modern, well equipped, and the staff were extremely helpful.

One drawback was the air-conditioning system. Because of the way it is designed, the windows cannot be opened. Personally, I felt a little claustrophobic having to rely solely on air-conditioned air. My room was located right next to the entrance door to our section, and I could constantly hear the door slamming until 1 a.m. or even later. In the morning, around 8 a.m., employees would start sorting bed linen or carrying out other tasks in the corridor directly outside the room, often speaking loudly. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor, and it felt as though these activities were taking place inside the room itself.

I have stayed here many times and it is always excellent. Clean, great location and friendly staff.

Was good.

Super location in a tree lines pedestrian street a short walk to Gran Via Metro. Compact rooms (we had a small balcony) with comfortable bed. Reception very friendly. Great we could leave our bags before and after check in/check out.

Amazing location, was a little hard to find as signage not clear.

Room was very dated, did not reflect the pictures online I think we had a room which had not been updated, states aircon however it’s general staff advised they control it for the whole hotel. No water in the room, kettle but nothing to make with it or mugs, coffee in reception however going to use it at 7am there was no milk available and no staff to ask. Room was cleaned however sheets not changed. Overall the location made up for everything however I do not feel it was worth the price, was also told 2 different times and prices for late check out. Paid for late check out however key card still stopped working at 11am
