The room was just what was required for our basic stay. 3 beds in a room with it’s own toilet, shower room. Was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Room was not that big, but the space was well used and we had everything we needed! The location was amazing, there are a lot of food options nearby, a market that works 24/7, close to the metro station and different stores. Staff was helpful and kind.

Helpful staff: Friendly and responsive, and accommodating about holding luggage after checkout.
Hard to beat on price: If budget is your priority in Madrid, options at this price point are few and far between.
Worn and tired rooms: The room felt very rundown and didn't come across as particularly clean.
Problematic bathroom: The door doesn't close properly, the layout is cramped and awkward to move around in, there's nowhere to put your things, and if you're not careful the shower water runs back and floods the toilet area.
AC didn't work: Couldn't get it to function properly during the stay.
