Location was absolutely perfect. In the heart of Madrids city centre. The accommodation is basic, but has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great wifi and it’s good value for money as Madrid accommodation is quite pricey .

The location was amazing. The host was also nice and helpful. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable. Amazing for the price you pay. We would stay here again.

Location was good as it was near the city centre.
Staff was not friendly. The lady who was at the reception was never smiling and welcoming. Didn’t speak English at all. Difficult to communicate. There was no lift. We were on the 4th floor and we were not informed about that.
