Comfortable, spacious room. View of the street (the palace). Someone in the comments mentioned that there was a lot of noise from the street, but that wasn’t our experience – everything was fine. Sleeping with earplugs, I couldn’t hear anything at all. I’d say it’s good value for money. The location is quieter and away from all the hustle and bustle of Madrid. There’s a hill nearby with a beautiful view – I recommend visiting it.
What we didn’t like was that the room was right next to the elevator, so we could hear everyone going up and down. Especially at night – the noisier guests were definitely noticeable.
As I mentioned, the hotel’s location is quieter, near the palace, but it takes a bit of walking to reach the city center (the main streets). In the evening, if you’re not taking a taxi, it can feel quite far – around ±2 km. However, that might not be such a big issue.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff were kind and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Comfy beds, on the hard side which I personally prefer
Would have loved the room to be a bit bigger. We stayed on the first floor facing the street, which gave us a lovely view, but the traffic made it noisy sometimes.

Location is good.
Hotel is very dated. Bar was generally not available. The whole hotel needs a big revsmp.
