    The staff were excellent - I had some issues with my phone/ sim card and they really went the extra mile to help me out. I will always remember that - so yeah - as great!

    The hotel feels very old and worn out, with facilities that clearly need renovation. The wardrobe is extremely small and not practical for storing clothes. No drinking water is provided in the room. There were small red ants in the room, and we were worried about bringing them home with our clothes. Breakfast had a certain variety of options, but the quality was disappointing. It would be much better if they focused on fewer items done well. The coffee, in particular, was very poor.
