Really nice hotel. We got upgraded to a better room and that was a nice touch. Big room, big shower and big bed was appreciated. We would have loved to stay longer and make use of the spa and other facilities, but I’m sure we will next time we are coming to Madrid.
There was a funny smell coming from the outside, like funky sewage smell. As long as we kept the door terrace closed that was fine.
We were also very exhausted in the morning but I could hear the cleaners going up and about making tons of noise. It was Monday so I imagine busy day for them, but would have been nice a bit of silence in the morning.
