Good location. Very clean and well looked after property. Lovely pool area.

Nowhere to have a shower after checkout if you had an afternoon or evening flight. Disappointing.

The hotel itself is very nice: the rooms are fresh, modern, renovated, clean, and comfortable. However, for such a high price, the level of service and friendliness from the staff did not meet expectations and unfortunately affected our overall experience. At check-in, nobody explained basic information such as whether breakfast was included. We also were not informed about the pool until we specifically asked about it. It felt like we had to ask for information that should normally be provided to guests automatically. Another disappointing point is that the hotel is called "Hotel & Spa", but despite the high room rates, access to the spa area is not included. We later found out that only the rooftop pool is included, but since the weather was not warm enough, nobody was using it. Usually, when a hotel presents itself as a Hotel & Spa, guests expect complimentary access to facilities such as saunas, hammams, and the spa pool area. It feels quite misleading to have "Spa" in the hotel name while charging extra just for access. We actually chose this hotel specifically because we wanted a spa experience, but we ended up not using it because of the additional cost. What made it more disappointing was that when we asked the reception staff about it, the explanation felt rather unwilling and unwelcoming, which completely removed any desire to pay extra.
