Central location great rooms very confy

I liked a lot maybe a fridge inside the room would be useful

We had a wonderful stay at Hola Rooms. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Good location, clean simple room, good bathroom

slight confusion on arrival as it was not clear how to enter the property. There are several intercoms. It was not clear which was the correct one. I ended up calling the reception and was told that actually the intercom was broken anyway. There were several other people waiting to gain entry at the same time as me, none knew more that I did

Very good room service—housekeeping and refreshment every day. Good facilities and cleanliness. Bed is comfy. People we met at the hotel every morning are nice.

We just received check in information the afternoon on our date of arrival, without any heads-up that there is no staff. We were travelling and do not have time to check our mailboxes frequently. The lady sounded annoyed when we called her at the hotel door. There are ACs on the balcony of our room so we cannot use it. Chose this place for people’s comment on its great location but the closest metro station is suspended during our stay so there’s a bit of inconvenience. Also, there’s a Moroccan lady whom we have met at the lift lobby of the building tried to scam us.
