I liked the TV in the room, it allowed me to relax after a whole day out, especially with the very comfortable bed! I was able to connect my Netflix and other streaming sites, so I was able to enjoy my comfort shows. The customer service via whatsapp was 10/10! They were able to help me with every single query I had, whether it was about the accommodation or Madrid as a whole! There is also an amazing Shawarma place on the next road called Shawarma Capital!
I wish the bathroom has a little bit more room, I felt slightly cramped! It got a little stuffy in there after a hot shower!

Great location. Bed was comfortable.
It was a firetrap -there is no escape, except back via main exit, and that is a badly marked "EXIT". The small Elevator stuck with me in it at one point. The hallway smelled -Seriously. No one on site, except cleaners during day. Code failed to work main door at one point. Entry of code requires a light (from your phone) to begin with. Then it lights up once you start entering numbers.
