The staff was responsive whenever asked about something
The modules could be more sound proof, whenever someone opens their door or the main door it wakes people up.

This was our first time in a Modular room and we didn't know what to expect. Our 3 year old loved it! Showers, toilets and Kitchen were clean. Location was fantastic.
The room was very stuffy and the fan too loud, but that's just our personal view.
