Rooms La Latina, junto a Plaza Mayor

Location was ok, although a bit far from Sol. Room was very simple, clean, good bathroom.

They charge extra fee for checking in after 20.00h. I arrived at the hostel, and there is no sign whatsoever, indicating where to go, or which bell to ring. (They had called me via whatsapp, what I missed, which might have helped, but still it is strange to arrive and you have no idea where to go.)

The bed is a queen which is extra large for Spain. The bed was super comfortable with a seemingly new matress. The room was very clean. The price was very competitive for our 2 night stay. The location was very close to the center of Madrid near the Plaza Mayor and near the lavapies area. The bathroom was a shared bathroom but was clean and almost always available as it was only shared by 3 other rooms. Excellent shower other amenities. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The bedroom door had a good lock of course. The place felt very safe.

The folks in the street were noisy one of the two nights. Not the fault of the host. The booking.com site inidicated that the room had a private bathroom which was incorrect. The host was very gracious when we pointed this out. We were ok with a shared bathroom between a small number of rooms but some travelers might not be. They have one room with a private bathroom. Be sure to verify the bathroom situation when booking.

Everything was totally clean and functioned perfectly. The accomodation care taker was very communicative and efficient. The shared kitchen was useful although I didn't cook. I was able to make tea and store food in the fridge for breakfast.

Nothing considering the price paid.

スタッフが丁寧で親切で良かった。

予約時の写真を見直すくらい違った。冷房も無く（扇風機のみ）ドアも古く、なかなか開閉できない。この宿泊料金でこの設備はあまりにも酷い。
