Palacio Tirso de Molina - THE ARC COLLECTION

Super clean, everything was new. The rain shower head was so large and powerful. Outlets everywhere. Everything was so modern, control in every room to set air conditioners to your preferences and you could not see the air conditioners just a vent in the ceilings. Ultra quiet. Loved the kitchen even on vacation I do not cook.

The sofa, it was too low and hard. Looked very comfortable but was not.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious and looked exactly like the photos. It’s located right in a popular square with 3 grocery stores within 200 feet plus many restaurants and bakeries. There is also a Metro stop right in the square. It’s an easy walk to Plaza Mayor. Everything about the apartment was wonderful. All the furniture was high end and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. Because it’s a hotel there is always someone at the desk if you have questions. The AC worked great in the July heat. The hotel has a great gym and even a small indoor pool. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The place was cozy, like coming home to your private apartment. The minute you enter the main door, the ambience changes to a more relaxed setting. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need in an apartment stay but there is also the convenience of room service like a standard hotel.

The air conditioning was not cool enough and the rooms were not consistently cleaned well especially the bathrooms. There was also an issue with the hot water in the shower.

Property is reasonably in downtown but faced robbery attempt ~12 where apartment has closed & not sure service staff was sleeping,arranged taxi from third party who has agreed to drop in 33 euro but after reaching airport started demanding 45 euro,Aiport taxi generally drop fee lanes before & quiet walkable distance & difficult to locate “The Arc” board

Ongoing construction next door will not allow us to relax in day time
