Living room with TV, Wifi, Sofa bed, dining room and balcony overlooking Pedro Zerolo Square (ex Vázquez de Mella).
All beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover and guests will be given 1 towel per person.

With its location a few meters from Gran Vía, Plaza de Chueca and the San Antón market, this apartment is unbeatable for anyone who wants to enjoy the city in one of the most central and beautiful places.

200 meters from Gran Vía street. Located in the heart of Madrid, just in front of the Pedro Zerolo square (former Vázquez de Mella), on the corner of the Óscar hotel, famous for its beautiful terrace.
TRANSPORTATION:
From the airport:
Taxi or Uber: Between € 25 and € 30 (approximately 25 minutes).
Metro: € 5. Get off at Chueca station (Line 5) or Gran Vía station (Line 1).
Bus: € 5. Get off at Plaza Cibeles (Yellow Bus).
Metro and Bus take approximately 45 minutes to the floor.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:

The apartment was wonderful. It slept ten people comfortably, although the living room was very cramped with that many. We didn't really use the kitchen or cook meals. If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep that is very centrally located, it's perfect. If you want peace and quiet, it may not be a good fit as it is in an exuberant part of Chueca, but only the front bedroom could really hear the street noise. The other bedrooms are in the back and do not have any windows. The air conditioning was great. The water heater wasn't working when we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning.

Flavia et Mario sont des personnes superbes. Ils ont disponible et prêt à répondre à répondre à nos besoins. Ils sont surtout super arrangeant et surtout honnête on peut se fier à la description de leur annonce et à leur parole. On a passer un superbe séjour grâce à eux et rien de négatif est à signaler. Je réserverai de nouveau avec eux sans hésiter !!!!
