Postas Suites

The apartment is nice, comfortable, well located, and offered a fair price. The apartment itself was pleasant and had everything I needed for a short stay. I also appreciated how quickly and efficiently the management team responded when I reported an issue.

Unfortunately, during the night there was a significant water leak from the ceiling/roof. I had to deal with water dripping inside the apartment and use a bucket and towels to contain it, which was obviously very uncomfortable and stressful, especially after a long day and when staying for only one night. To be fair, the management team was very kind and handled the situation quickly, moving me to another apartment within a short time. However, the experience itself was still very inconvenient and disruptive. (Cleaning water, packing all again, carrying luggage in the night 5 min walk, etc). When I subsequently contacted them regarding compensation, I was disappointed with the offer, as I felt it did not adequately reflect the inconvenience and disruption caused by the incident. Given how professionally and kindly they handled the immediate situation, I was expecting the compensation to be more aligned with the circumstances.

L'emplacement centre ville.
